We refused to and I asked her why she did not stop for us. After about 15 minutes the driver returns and after unloading she motions us to enter the van. I asked to talk to a manager but was told there were none available. I told her what happened and she said 'that' van will have to come back, there were no other drivers available even though there were two other vans parked there. I went inside and another rude agent by name Amy informed me that she left to pick up an airline crew from then airport. My wife tried to wave her down but Debbie( we found her name later) didn't even bother to look. I came out to the front desk 8 after and the front desk called the shuttle and I could hear her telling the driver that we are in the lobby and as we walked out of the front door we saw the van pull forward and the driver took off. After a few hrs of rest I needed to get back to the airport and I was told the shuttle leaves every 15 minutes. So I had to Uber to the hotel because I could not wait any longer due to my medical situation. I was told it will be there in 10-15 minutes. I am a Gold member and I am familiar with Hilton so I didn't look any further, called the hotel and booked a room and requested the shuttle. I looked for the closest hotel with shuttle service and Hilton came up.
